Abstract: A personal letter dated November 9, 1938, from Hafiz Manzoor A. Ahmad in Berlin to Mr. Abdel Ali Jirak. The sender extends New Year's wishes and, most significantly, offers his services to the recipient or to the Muslim League. This letter is a primary source document reflecting the international network of support for the Muslim League and its leader, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, during the Pakistan Movement.

Description: This is a one-page typed letter on the personal stationery of Hafiz Manzoor A. Ahmad, who identifies himself with "M.V.A.P. (Berlin)" and provides a Berlin address and telephone number. Dated 9th November 1938, the letter is addressed to a "Mr. Abdel, Ali Jirak" (the salutation appears to have a typographical error). After offering New Year's greetings, the author writes, "I am always at your disposal if I can be of any service to you or to Muslim League." This offer underscores the political engagement of individuals in the diaspora and positions the document as a piece of historical correspondence related to the activities and support network of Muhammad Ali Jinnah and the All-India Muslim League in the late 1930s.
