Abstract: This document consists A typed letter dated 14th March 1947 from an official in New Delhi to a contact named "Khurahid" in Bombay. The writer carefully arranges a two-day visit (March 17th-18th) with the explicit purpose of securing "an interview with the Qaide-Azam," demonstrating the protocol and planning required to access M.A. Jinnah during the frenetic final months before Partition is a separate, lengthy document consisting almost entirely of a numerical sequence from to approximately 803, with numerous errors and repetitions. This appears to be a corrupted scan or a mis-formatted administrative list (possibly a membership roll, index, or numbered resolution document) that was likely attached to or filed alongside the correspondence. Together, they represent a slice of the logistical and administrative activity surrounding Jinnah's leadership.
