Abstract: This official letter communicates resolutions unanimously passed at an extraordinary meeting of the Executive Council of the Young Men Muslim Association, Kasur Centre, held on 25 May 1938. The resolutions express deep satisfaction and joy over the successful return of Muhammad Ali Jinnah in the by-election and regard it as a significant victory for Muslim political leadership in India. The letter further resolves that congratulatory messages be sent to Mr. Jinnah, A.K. Fazl-ul-Haq.
