Abstract: A collection of condolence telegrams sent to Miss Fatima Jinnah following the passing of her brother, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, in September 1948. The messages originate from a diverse range of international senders, including an individual in Paris, the District Magistrate of Chittagong, the Sultan of Hadhramaut, Muslim communities in Negapatam and Moshi (Tanganyika), the Pakistan Association in Makassar (Indonesia), the Purba Pakistan Muslim Majlis in Saudi Arabia (Bahrain), the Khoja Isnaashari Community in Muscat, and the Dawoodi Bohra community in Addis Ababa. The telegrams express profound shock, sorrow, and solidarity.
