Abstract: This handwritten three-page manuscript, authored by Dr. H. G. M. Qasim Khan, reflects on Islamic principles of leadership, discipline, and moral conduct in contrast to worldly power structures. The author criticizes reliance on militarism, luxury, and ceremonial authority, arguing instead for adherence to Quranic teachings, simplicity, discipline, and ethical behavior. References are made to Muslims as “soldiers of God” tasked with maintaining peace through faith, honesty, and upright conduct.

Description: A handwritten document on letterhead bearing the name “Dr. H. G. M. Qasim Khan, Licensed Surgeon & Physician, Punjab.” The manuscript is written in cursive English ink on aged paper and includes a small pasted photographic portrait of a man in traditional attire on the first page. The text is philosophical and religious in tone, addressing Muslims collectively and urging adherence to Quranic guidance, discipline, simplicity, and moral strength over material power or military force. The document shows signs of age, including discoloration and wear, consistent with mid-20th-century materials. SCANNED BY: NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF PAKISTAN.
