Abstract: This collection comprises certificates of undertaking, cover letters, and correspondence from multiple flood-affected schools seeking rehabilitation grants from the Regional Flood Relief Committee. Documents include applications from an unidentified institution (No. 59), Chitosh R.K.M.S. School, and Sinhargaon Govinda H.E. School in Tippera district, along with money order receipts and acknowledgment forms documenting the disbursement process. Each submission includes the required certificate countersigned by local officials and proforma statements of proposed expenditures.

Description: Institution No. 59 submits a certificate of undertaking for Rs. 100 with countersignature and encloses a hydrographic survey document. Chitosh R.K.M.S. School sends a registered cover letter dated 15 February 1956 returning the duly countersigned certificate along with a performance statement of expenditure, requesting early action on the grant. Sinhargaon Govinda H.E. School in Paikpara, Tippera district, submits its undertaking and expenditure statement with a request to send the amount at the earliest convenience. A money order receipt from May 1956 shows payment to a school secretary with witness signature.
