Abstract: This file contains a National Bank of Pakistan office file cover (File No. 5) followed by two copies of a handwritten file inventory listing 16 categories of records, including general correspondence, extra copies of minutes, vouchers and statements, remittance certificates for various meetings (11th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th), minutes of meetings, miscellaneous, audit reports, correspondence regarding Ulipur Maternity Hospital, outstandings, applications for relief grants, and a “Blue Box file regarding sanction.” Three registers regarding relief expenditure accounts are also noted. A blank foreign exchange contract form (Foreign Exchange Department, 1955) is included, likely unrelated to flood relief. A letter from the National Bank of Pakistan, Mymensingh branch (August 7, 1956), addressed to M. Raschid, Chief Manager, L.P.O., Dacca, encloses an official receipt from the District Magistrate, Mymensingh, for Rs. 5,000 paid for flood relief purposes, with a request for acknowledgment.
