Abstract: This file contains comprehensive records of the Regional Flood Relief Committee’s meetings from 1955 to 1969. Key documents include proceedings of the 6th meeting (August 11, 1955) establishing five relief centers in Dacca and two in Narayanganj with initial sanctions of Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 10,000 respectively. The 17th meeting (November 23, 1957) approved a Rs. 60,000 grant for Ulipur Maternity Hospital and considered 37 applications for relief.
