Abstract: This file contains papers related to the Kashmir Fund for 1948–49, including a Cabinet Secretariat cover. Documents include a letter from a sub‑depot in Rawalpindi acknowledging receipt of 70 packages. Issue vouchers (Kashmir Gift) list quantities of children’s clothing (coats, caps, shoes, sandals, etc.).
