Abstract: An invitation to open the ILO Asian Cooperation Conference in Karachi (Dec 1950); a request for a message on International Cooperation Day (Nov 1954); an invitation from Hyderabad Deccan, India, to send a goodwill message for the Sirat Conference celebrating the Prophet’s birthday (Nov 1954); and two letters from the International Amity Center, Bombay, inviting her to join its Governing Council – an offer she politely declined.
Description: The ILO correspondent in Pakistan invites Miss Jinnah to the opening session of an Asian cooperation conference in Karachi (Dec 26, 1950). Dr. Mohd. Yaseen Zubairi (Chairman, Quaid‑e‑Millat Hospital) requests, on behalf of cooperators, a message for International Cooperation Day (Nov 6, 1954). The Sirat Conference in Hyderabad‑Deccan asks for a message on the Prophet’s birthday (Nov 9‑11, 1954). Finally, Sebastian Morris of the International Amity Center twice invites her to join its Governing Council (July 1959); she regrets her inability to accept, despite the organization’s laudable aims.
