An architect’s certificate (13 November 1956) details the steel requirements: 67 tons of 1/8″ dia. bars, 4 tons of 3/8″, 15 tons of 1/4″, 8 tons of 1/2″, 2 tons of 3/8″, and 6 tons of 7/8″, totaling 102 tons. A letter from Dr. Kotzian (28 January 1957) certifies a bill of Rs. 20,100/3/6 from Haydari Construction Company.
