Description: This file contains meeting notices and agendas from the Khatoon-i-Pakistan Education and Welfare Board from 1958 to 1959. The Board, chaired by Miss Fatima Jinnah, managed the Khatoon-i-Pakistan Girls High School project in Karachi. Agendas cover routine business such as confirmation of minutes, election of office-bearers (treasurer), financial reviews, payment of construction bills (Haydari Construction Company), appointment of an executive committee, arrangements for bus transport, and selection of a principal. The notices provide insight into the governance and operational challenges of establishing a girls’ school in late‑1950s Pakistan under the patronage of the “Khatoon-i-Pakistan.” SCANNED BY: NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF PAKISTAN.
