Abstract: This file of administrative documents from the Khatoon-i-Pakistan Education and Welfare Board spanning 1960 to 1970. A meeting notice (6 January 1970) for the Executive Committee includes agenda items: payment of Karachi Gas Co. bills, outstanding bills for “Bann”, laboratory equipment, purchase of equipment for phones and dialectics, estimate for pellets on door, and expenditure for a basketball court. A 1960 meeting notice (15 April 1960) lists confirmation of minutes, review of the school’s position, and annual colour‑washing of the school building. A two‑page letter from Mehrun Nisa Iqbal (teacher) to the Board President (Miss Fatima Jinnah) requests permission to apply for the United States Educational Foundation’s Teacher Education Programme (1960‑61).
