Additional cash account pages (1948) record money order receipts from donors including Mr. Ahmed Mani, Subhash Kulkarni, Kamalpur Mutali Munna Khan, and many others, with amounts in rupees and annas.
Description: This file contains financial ledgers and donation lists from the Kashmir Relief Fund, likely managed by Miss Fatima Jinnah. The first pages show numerical sums and a cash account from 1945 with donor names and amounts. Later pages record money order receipts from various individuals. The most extensive section lists hundreds of donors including prominent businessmen (M.M. Ispahani, Dawood Corporation, Arab Cotton Corporation), trade associations, labour groups, schools, and ordinary citizens, with donations ranging from a few rupees to thousands. The records illustrate the scale of fundraising for Kashmiri refugees in the late 1940s and the involvement of Miss Fatima Jinnah in relief efforts. The pages were scanned by the National Archives of Pakistan. SCANNED BY: NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF PAKISTAN.
