Abstract: This file contains seven pages of correspondence and administrative records related to the clearance of donated goods and flood relief administration. The Customs House, Karachi, writes to Miss Fatima Jinnah (November 8, 1957) regarding two cases of used clothes sent by an employee of B.P. Company, Bahrain, that have remained uncleared since November 1954. Miss Fatima Jinnah responds (December 14, 1957) authorizing Fairways Clearing & Forwarding Agents to collect the goods on her behalf, and separately requests the Chief Controller of Imports & Exports to issue a clearance permit. A letter from Fairways (November 23, 1957) requests the necessary permit. The file also includes a Central Flood Relief Committee letterhead (November 27, 1956) with a brief internal note from Syed Hussain regarding receipt books and accounts.

It also includes an internal Central Flood Relief Committee note and a letter regarding a proposed grant for Ulipur Maternity Hospital, illustrating both international donation logistics and domestic relief administration.
