Description: This file contains meeting minutes from the Regional Flood Relief Committee’s 6th meeting (August 1955) detailing the opening of seven relief centers, member appointments, and fund allocations. Additional 1958 records document the co-option of the Relief Commissioner, grants for mosque reconstruction and madrasahs, and emergency relief for Jamalpur. The three variant copies of the 1955 minutes show minor textual inconsistencies. The records illustrate the committee’s operational structure and decision-making during two flood periods.
