Abstract: Miss Fatima Jinnah’s household and personal affairs. Includes electric bills from KESC (Karachi Electric Supply Corporation) with payment receipts, invoices for servicing her Ford Zephyr and a Cadillac insurance claim, a tent and furniture hire bill for an event at Qasr-e-Fatima (Clifton), a royalty statement from Ferozsons for the book “Gul Bane Hayat”, a student’s gift of Quaid‑i‑Azam first day covers, correspondence about a student visit to her residence, and a veterinary bill.

Description: Miss Fatima Jinnah’s residence at Flagstaff House and later Qasr-e-Fatima, Clifton. Electricity bills (June‑July 1965) show monthly consumption and payments to KESC. Car maintenance records include a June 1964 bill from Ali Automobiles for servicing her Ford Zephyr (KAD‑1457) and a December 1966 letter to Habib Insurance regarding damage to her Cadillac (KAF‑935). A January 1965 bill from H. Nizam Din & Sons details hire of chairs, tables, crockery, and cutlery for an event at her home. In February 1964, Ferozsons informed her secretary that no further royalties would be paid for the book “Gul Bane Hayat” as only 13 copies remained in stock. A student sent her a first day cover of Quaid‑i‑Azam’s 90th birthday stamps (December 1966). Correspondence with Islamia College, Multan, arranged a brief meeting with a student party, while her secretary also reported a car accident to the insurers. A veterinary bill from Dr. A.M.K. Rao (January 1965) completes the set. SCANNED BY: NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF PAKISTAN.
