Abstract: The University Town Development Committee, Peshawar, writes to Miss Fatima Jinnah (via Sardar Abdur Rab Nishtar) on 1 October 1956, reserving plot No. 53/B for her at a total cost of Rs. 6,664 (land Rs. 3,701, development charges Rs. 2,963). A follow-up letter (9 November 1958) requests her decision and payment. Miss Jinnah’s secretary replies that her planned visit to Peshawar did not materialise, and she cannot visit during winter; she therefore requests the committee to dispose of the plot at their convenience.

Description: Letter from S. Tan M. Nati (Secretary, University Town Development Committee, Peshawar) to Sardar Abdur Rab Nishtar informs that plot No. 53/B has been reserved for Mohtarma Miss Fatima Jinnah. The plot cost details are provided, and the allottee must build within five years. A second letter (9 November 1958) directly to Miss Jinnah requests her decision and payment, as the committee needs funds. Her secretary replies (undated, likely late 1958) that she cannot visit Peshawar during winter and asks the committee to dispose of the plot at their convenience, effectively declining the offer.
