Abstract: A proposal for a large memorial farm (200,000 acres) at Ghulam Muhammad Barrage; a request for her patronage to establish a Baitul Mal (public treasury) for Muslims with a 2½% levy; a housing scheme for shelterless people requiring no government expenditure; financial calculations from Dr. Pathan’s Dispensary; and a letter praising her broadcast on Quaid‑i‑Azam’s anniversary while criticising the “spoil system” in government.
Description: A self‑described “soldier of Quaid‑i‑Azam” proposes a 200,000‑acre memorial farm at Ghulam Muhammad Barrage with dairy, poultry, fruit farming, and prisoner rehabilitation. Maulvi Sk. A. Rahim seeks Miss Jinnah’s patronage to establish a Baitul Mal (public treasury) across Pakistan with a 2½% income levy. Anwar Rasul Shaikh (Sind Secretariat) offers a housing scheme for shelterless people where the government provides only land, and allottees pay in 100 monthly instalments. A fragment from Dr. Pathan’s Dispensary shows financial calculations claiming a monthly profit of Rs. 191,150. Finally, an anonymous writer praises her broadcast on the fifth anniversary of Quaid‑i‑Azam’s death, but warns that Pakistan lacks dynamic faith and that the “spoil system” encourages mediocrity, asking whether the country will build an Islamic democracy that rewards ability.
