Abstract: Letter (8 March 1958) from a self‑styled “Field Marshal Shah Alam” requesting a loan of Rs. 100,000 for election expenses; a warning letter advising her that her outspokenness is endangering her life; a Times of India clipping (9 March 1958) reporting that the original signed copy of the Pakistan Constitution has been lost; and a lengthy mystical note (March 1958) describing prophetic poems and dreams about the Constitution.

Description: Miss Jinnah to lend him Rs. 100,000, claiming he needs to buy a “Hali‑Copra” for the general election in East Pakistan. He mentions enemies trying to murder him and a conspiracy involving Feroz Khan Noon and President Iskander Mirza. A short undated letter warns Miss Jinnah that her outspokenness may cause harm and that her opponents are ruthless. A newspaper clipping from The Times of India (Bombay, 9 March 1958) reports that the original signed copy of the Pakistan Constitution has been lost, as stated by Mr. Farid Ahmed of the Nizam‑e‑Islami Party. The final document is a lengthy handwritten narrative dated March 1958, describing mystical experiences, couplets composed spontaneously, and commentary on the Constitution of the “so‑called Islamic Republic” and the election of Iskander Mirza as first President. The writer claims inspiration from a saint and warns of divine punishment. These documents reflect the range of unusual appeals, political concerns, and religious mysticism that reached Miss Jinnah’s office. SCANNED BY: NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF PAKISTAN.
