Abstract: A telegram from Firoz and Vicky, a letter from Firoz Khan Noon enclosing a resolution passed by the Punjab Muslim League Working Committee, and the resolution itself requesting Miss Fatima Jinnah to accept the office of President of All Pakistan Muslim League. The resolution was passed on October 19, 1954, and authorizes Firoz Khan Noon to convey the wishes of the people of Punjab.
