Abstract: A letter from Dr. K. Bano, Medical Superintendent of Dufferin Hospital, Quetta, to Miss Fatima Jinnah submitting her resignation from the Honorary Treasurer-ship of the Janki Bai Jamat Singh Hospital Committee (now Fatima Jinnah Hospital), Lahore, effective January 7, 1948. Miss Jinnah's reply accepts the resignation and wishes her success at Dufferin Hospital, Quetta.

Description: Correspondence between Dr. K. Bano and Miss Fatima Jinnah regarding Dr. Bano's resignation as Honorary Treasurer of Janki Bai Jamat Singh Hospital Committee (now Fatima Jinnah Hospital), Lahore, due to her transfer to Dufferin Hospital, Quetta.
