Abstract: A letter from Kh. Ghulam Mohamed, Finance Minister of Azad Kashmir Government, to Miss Fatima Jinnah requesting a loan of Rs. 20,000 from Quaid-e-Azam's Relief Fund for Kashmir Refugees Industries Ltd in Rawalpindi. He explains that the industry employs over 50 refugees and manufactures Kashmir Arts and Crafts, and has schemes to work in Azad Kashmir to provide employment to poor people.
