It is a parallel edition of the Arabic text together with the Medieval Latin translation made by the French physician Armengol Blasi (d. c. 1313), translation revised by the Italian philosopher and physician Andrea Alpago (d. 1522). The book also contains a modern Spanish translation of the Arabic text.
