Description: Letter to Maulana Mohammad Burhan-ul-Haq in reply to his of the 6th July saying that he had adopted the right course in declining to serve on his provincial war committee, pending the result of his talk with the Viceroy and stated that the cause adopted by the Secretary to the Governor of their province is contrary to. the most of the provinces where the Governors had openly appreciated the difficulties of League members and their places would be kept till the League decision.
