Description: Letter of Viqarun Nisa Noon to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah. It is written on a Christmas greeting card: wishing a happy new year, she reported about the election of the Council of the F.A.O. "For the last two years Pakistan had failed and none of the country was willing to support them (Pakistan) now. But due to their efforts of meeting taking and speaking to the concerned people, Pakistan got 29 votes, a largest majority ever got. The next was Burma with 11 votes". In Canada the things are much better then Washington. They should be in London for a week and then in Paris for few days. In the middle of January they would be in Karachi.
