Description: Letter of Zubeida Habib Rahimtoola to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah, informing her about their arrival in London and her meeting with Mrs. Attlee who was anxious to see her. Mrs. Habib had explained her (Mrs. Atlee) the prqblems and difficulties being faced to Pakistan i.e. refugees problems and epidemic which requires an immediate attention and cooperation and help. Mrs. Attlee promised that they would try and secure as early as possible the things like Peshawari Chapplis, Jinnah Caps, Silver Jewellery, Painted Cloth from Peshawar and Baluchistan. She told that she would continuing to see leading personalities with a view to secure their help for a national-wide appeal. She also enclosed press cuttings. A news of their arrival to U.K London.
