Description: Letter of Mohammad Shafi to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah-requesting her for a message for a weekly newspaper in Urdu lqdam which is being out from Lahore in October [1952]. According to him he is in this field for the last 14 years and he was dismissed from Civil and Military Gazette due to his pro-Muslim League coverage when his services for this news papers were of six years. In Pakistan Time he had served but had to leave due to political reasons. He had also served Nawa-e-Waqt as its Special Representative then he had brought out Afaq he left it for the Secretaryship of the Punjab Muslim League Party.
