Description: Letter of Hasan A Shaikh to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah pointing out that in the local press there is an indication that she has appointed the Governor General as a patron of the Association. Though under the terms of the constitution it was not competent to do so. This decision which violates against the provision of the constitution could only be taken by the governing body alone is competent to amend the Rules.
