Description: Letter of Nusrat Sherazee to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah informing her that the mother had been operated on the 27th for malignant tumour and it was very necessary for radical sur- gery to be done. Her entire left breast along with the glands and neighbouring tissues were removed for safety reason extensive surgery had to be done. She went through such anguish as she never could have expected. Before mother she usually was cheerful and gave here a lot of courage. The doctors have been very kind and have kept her happy.
