Description: Letter of A. Wahab Advocate to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah stating that he had been closely watching the controversy and correspondence appearing from time to time in the local press regarding the trust or ownership of Dawn Karachi. He confessed he could not gather the full facts about the matter in dispute as there had not appeared a systematic statement of her side of the case, although he had come to the conclusion that as the successor of Quaid-i-Azam and trustee of Dawn, Karachi, she was initially interested in the matter. Recounting the happenings in the Court he said the Orderl, rule 8, CPC. then pending in the Chief Court was really directed against her.
