Zuberi to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah informing her that the birth place of Quaid-i-Azam namely the "Wazir Mansion" situated at New Maham Road, Karachi, was declared a protected monument in July 1953. The Government of Pakistan have since then been trying hard to collect articles connected with the Quaid-i-Azam's life for display at his birth place, in this connection appeals from high personalities have been made from time to time to the people of Pakistan, especially those who have been in close touch with the Quaid-i-Azam to come fornrard and enrich this movement and asked her for some articles for permanent display at his birth place.
