Description: Letter of Mr. Itrat Hussain Zuberi to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah telling her that he was glad to read a news item that the architecheral design of Quaid's Mausoleum has finally been approved by her and that the work within hours begins. It is a happy news indeed. He thought that the time has come that an Institute of Quaid-i-Azam be established now, which encourage the study .of Quaid-i-Azam's life and thought, she may call it an Institute or Academy. It is only she (Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah) that can establish it on sound lines. He added he would very much like to come back to Pakistan but there does not seem to be any prospect of getting a suitable job. He further wrote that his book on "Education in Pakistan" has been approved for publication by the Oxford University.
