Description: Letter of Rayazuddin Ahmad to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah referring the case of Jinnah Polytechnic Institution stated that it occupy an ideal position amongst the others in the country. Its foundation was laid down by him since no body would come forward to lay it and yet this institution, today, occupies a prominent place amongst non-government institutions. A statement of income (including donations) and expenditures for presents the correct financial position of the Institute. A polytechnic institute when setup by government cost was more than a crore and yet they have managed to put it up at very much lesser cost which ultimately will not exceed Rs. 15,21,000/- out of which they already spent Rs.2,97,024.02. Since no more funds were available their scheme has stopped at this point. In the end he looked upon her as his successor.
