Description: Letter of Mrs. Rashida Ahsan to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah praying her well and happy. She stated that the supporters of the presidential form of government are accusing the parliamentary Government of Pakistan of instability, and they were so, no doubt, as the elected members keep changing sides for fear or favour. She wanted to draw her kind attention to the fact that it would be better if she declare that no member would be allowed to quit his party after he is elected on its ticket without resigning his seat in the house. According to her it was one of the· recommendation of the Constitution Commission on 15 January 1964.
