Description: Letter of Raghib Ahsan to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah requesting her to accept the presidency on the following conditions. 1. That having full power to re-organize the Muslim League and its Working Committee for its provinces. 2.No any paid servant/Parliamentary Secretary be allowed to hold any office in the League. 3.For further five years, Ministers should not be allowed to become a member of the Working Committee. Agents or yesmen of the Ministers, should not be allowed to be member of the Executive. He gave the law of the Muslim League central and provincial. With release of Dawn and dismissal of Altaf Hussain.
