Description: Letter of Hatim A.Alavi to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah. Congratulating her for the splendid work she had started in organizing social service and for very appropriately is doing it with finding a home for Muslim widows and a training school for their women. According to him she had appointed a good Committee of Management and they too appeared to have taken their work in hand. He draws her attention to the case of the blind and the destitute. In the Punjab Refugee Camps there were many blind children. He requested her to act on their own and help them to secure those most unfortunate children so that they may continue their work for blind.
