Description: Letter of Mohammad Ali, V.C. University of Peshawar to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah informing her that Begum Zari Sarfaraz had conveyed her views to him regarding the proposed college of commerce. The syndicate had already gone into the matter rather carefully and they were of the opinion that a full fledged college of commerce was an absolute necessity for this region. The plans are in the hands of their architects and he hoped they would be ready in about a month time and she would be asked for foundation ceremony in the 4th week of October 1962. Begum Zari had further informed him about her (Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah) wishes in the matter of accommodation there. She would be granted in their Guest House where she could spend her days quietly.
