Description: Letter of Abdul Bari to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah requesting her to preside over the Provincial Muslim League Conference being held at Montgomery from 22nd April to 24th April 1950. According to him, it was the first one being held there after the establishment of Pakistan. The last one was held in 1944 under the Presidentship of Quaid-i-Azam of his blessed memory. The Reception Committee of the Provincial Conference had unanimously resolved to request her to take the trouble of coming over to Montgomery to preside over. He said that he was unanimously authorised to request you in this regard.
