Description: Letter of an old widow Noor Jehan Begum to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah narrating her an eye witness recorded statement of an accident which caused to the death of her, only earning hand, son, Siraj Ahmad, aged 23 years. He was the only supporting member looking after two younger brothers and an unmarried sister who were still getting education. According to the recorded statement into the Ferozabad Police Station, the car No.AJK-277 was driven by Mr. K.H. Khurshid, Ex-President of Azad Kashmir rashly, negligently and in a careless manner, suddenly emerged speedily ·from north at Street No.143 of PECHS and dashed right in the centre of the left portion of scooter No. Kah/8449.The cause of death of the deceased is reported as head injuries due to accident with car. She (Noor Jehan) requested Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah for an interview at her residence.
