Description: Letter of Abdul Haq, President, Anjurnan Taraqqi-e-Urdu Pakistan to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah referring to a published report of B.P.C. he pointed out that a mention of the National Language had been altogether left out by the Committee. He stated that the Muslim League from the date of its reorganisation under late revered Quaid-i-Azam fought for Urdu to have it recognised as a National Language of the Muslims throughout India. No body dreamed there would be a difference of opinion over this question in Pakistan. Quaid-i-Azam himself pronounced in Dacca in singing terms the Urdu and none else but Urdu was to be the state language of Pakistan.
