Description: Letter of S.Hassnain to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah reminding her a court case in which she and Begum Yousuf Haroon were prosecution witnesses against the accused Syed Aley Ali Jafri. In 1948 he was a Rent Controller at Sakkar and at the time of flood, he had made some bales of cloth to disappear. The accused, was released on bail till the decision of the appeal. The accused to fill up the gap, filed an appeal in the Chief Court of Sind and engaged Mr. Birohi as pleader. 19 July 1950 was fixed for hearing but 2nd date was given.The file in the Lower Court has got mislead or destroyed. He hoped that she will take necessary action.
