Description: Letter of Soghra Hidayatulla to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah informing her by wire. followed by a letter that her husband had a heart attack but due to the grace of God he was progressing satisfactorily. She wrote that it was not an eamory thrombovis, but another form of attack due to fatigue which weakening heart muscles. If by the grace of God a medical aid had not been available even for the 10 minutes, the consequences would have been very bad indeed. The charge of this school was taken on 27 January 1958
