Description: Letter of Begum Hisamul Mulk to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah. Thanking her for her letter of 10th April 1948 . She added that the concerned department she [Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah] pointed at, was quite clear to her but she trust on in her (Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah). She had no one except her (Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah) to help. No body can dare to care poor one. This case had also been referred to Quaid-i-Azam but due to rush of great work he was unable to pay any attention to that. Please asked them to instruct the higher authority of the NWFP to settle that case at an early date .
