Description: Letter of A. Latif to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah stating that she was the only person to whom the people had the right to look for guidance through the storm that was coming. The disintegration of the Muslim League was a grim tragedy by itself. Recounting the achievement of the League he felt that if an honest effort is made the League can unite the people again. He suggested that the coming General Elections should not be held on party basis but let every one fight individually. After the elections the Assembly parties may be formed. He stated that if the League is reconstituted after the elections (it may) succeed and ensure its future.
