Description: Letter of Ahmad E.H . .Taffer President, All Pakistan Mohajir Board to Sardar Amir Azam Khan, Minister of State for Refugees and Rehabilitation with a copy to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah and others. I-le stated that he in his parliament speeches, press statements and public speeches had repeatedly pointed out that a large number of evacuee properties including evacuees plots had been allotted to persons not entitled. He had forwarded several complaints to their Ministry and there was another from Mr. A. K. Osman (copies enclosed) who is known to him personally. He told him that on the one hand he was inviting claims from refugees for compensation and on the other hand he had failed to stop such allotments vide assurances given to him by his predecessor in the parliament. He wrote for the appointment of a Commission of Enquiry consisting of two or three judges of the High Court to reopen the whole question of allotments etc.
