Description: Letter of Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah to Begum Ataullah Jan, thanking her for her letter of 15 September 1949 giving her all the information as regard the Muzaffarabad Hospital which she (Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah) visited when she was there. She showed her gladness to hear that the Hospital was very well equipped and there was no need for medical stores etc. She instructed to draw her [Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah] attention if there anything is required. She would be very glad to do whatever she could help to ameliorate the suffering of the sick and disable people of Kashmir. She asked her to make enquiry about sheets, pillow cases and blankets if needed if required please also give the name of the person to whom things could be sent.
