People here in Rawalpindi seem to welcome the change on the whole. He added that he is leaving for Muzaffarabad for the convenience, there is some hope of improvement. It is quite warm here, though the night are cold. He is leaving for Kallat on the 15th and would leave for Karachi on 18th or 19th September.
