Description: Letter of Shaista Ikramullah to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah saying as per communication from Pakistan Mr. Ikramullah had informed her about her (Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah) illness. The news had to much disturbed them and she felt guilty that at this time she should be with her to look after, as well as to help her in her routine work. but she is not so rich to visit Pakistan because day to day posting had made them upset. In five years they had three postings. Children are quite well and also begging to go back to Pakistan.
