Description: Letter of (Raja) Ghazanfar Ali Khan to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah informing her all about the details of his resignation. He told her that he had subsequently explained the Prime Minister on the eve of his departure for Hajj to stay on a little longer than of his (Raja's) original plan. He informed the P .M. on the 14th September that he would leave the charge on 1st October. P.M confessed it in a press conference on 20th September but on the late hours of 21st i.e. at 11.00 p.m. instructed him on phone to stay till his return of United States. He stated that the development does not, in any way however, affect his programme he had to attend the forth coming convention of the Muslim League Workers at Karachi. For it was on that Convention all that their hopes were then.
